Had he not involved himself and simply took footage he was within what the SCOTUS has ruled as his rights in the past, but once he used the intimidation of others and involved himself in the act he was not. It's rulings I am talking about, nothing more or less.

If he stood at the back and took footage: Gold. He's a reporter.

What he did. While parishioners and the pastor were being actively intimidated he participated in the intimidation.

Geebus... While they are being intimidated and using that intimidation is a crime. Yesterday we used the "restaurant"... where you said he was "ordering off the menu"... But he wasn't. He went in with the mic while they held them at gunpoint and told the manager how it was his right to be there and to give them the money....
