Of Course not , but no one needs to have a gun if they're going to record a peaceful protest... The family says he normally didn't carry it.... Why did he have it that day with extra ammunition? His Parents had begged him to be Careful if he was going to go to these protests and he agreed to do so... But then he wasn't...

No not always. Study up. 1st degree is, 2nd degree… not so much.

Courts have ruled the premeditated can be seconds, pulling your gun actually can be evidence of premeditation.
