There are several new minutes of footage leading up to the first ICE agent making contact with Pretti and a good view of the protesters. The video is clear.

- there is only a small number of protestors with whistles, about 12
- they are across the road and distant from ICE
- Pretti is also across the road, acting as a witness filming what is going on

- ICE then crosses the road and engages the protesters and starts shoving them to the ground DESPITE them doing nothing illegal and never approaching ICE
- Pretti never raises his hands to the ICE officer who gets right in his face and only replies to the officer something like 'you are the one in the road, i am on the sidewalk'
- a lady near Pretti is pushed violently to the ground and he goes to help her up
- that is when Pretti is gang tackled and assassinated

Yakuda do you have full trust in big govt and believe citizens who distrust what govt is doing have no right to go out and video gov't?

Do you believe any citizen who goes out to witness, and who carries his gun (2A) can and should be summarily executed by govt?

Why do you think saying he is not waiting for a Uber or Lyft is indicting when he was clearly out to video govt actions he believed were wrong and abusive? Do you think him doing what he did is wrong for citizens to do?

Strawman, so you have failed out of the gate. He was defending a woman who had violently been pushed to the ground and pepper sprayed.

He had the camera in one hand and the other out trying to shield her from agents.

Then he was murdered.

Illegally carry a gun.
Obstruct justice.
Refuse to obey a legal order from LEO
Resist arrest.
Assault ICE officers.

All of those are crimes.

You cannot time stamp a single instance in all the clear video footage now out, that supports a single thing you say and i can point out, via video each and every lie by you.

BTW no one believes that at this point as it would take great willful effort to not see video of it, and a DESIRE TO NOT see any video of it, to avoid forming an opinion.

What is almost certainly more true is you have watched it and find what was done heinous and wrong but cannot bring yourself to be that critical of the Trump admin so you will let this incident pass while claiming 'i never saw the video', so you do not have to critique what they did.

He never had his gun in his hand. It was taken from his waistband and he was shot after being disarmed.

the tRump administration will likely create a fake video, just like they did after the Good shooting.
