Federal troops kill a man because he carried a concealed gun.

You are lying right now. Wait, you are always lying when you are posting on JPP.

You don't have any truthful point, do you?

I laid them out. Only leftist deniers are denying what is clearly depicted in the video.

The video clearly shows him reaching for his gun after it was taken. I'm guessing that your thought-masters don't allow you to see the videos that show the goods.

Too funny! Yes, he was [taking video] at one point (nobody uses film anymore), but let's get back to the tussle in which Pretti was violently resisting arrest. He wasn't taking any video then. He went into the tussle armed with a loaded gun. He and the other ICE officers were unaware that his gun had been removed, and Pretti reached for it (thankfully it wasn't there anymore). The officers who saw him reach for his holster fired, killing him, then they asked "where's the gun?". At that point the officer who grabbed the gun says "I've got it" and they process the paperwork.
There is no video of the man holding his gun.

Anyone who says differently is lying. It's just that simple.

It wasn't "concealed." That was the problem and with his resisting arrest, what got him shot apparently.
It was concealed when officers began the arrest procedure. He was resisting arrest, reached for a gun he though was there (it had already been removed), a gun went off (a hair trigger modification?), and officers thought it was attempt by him to shoot the officers and they shot him.

Moral:
Don't fight with officers while armed. Don't resist arrest. The place to handle it is in the courts, not the street.
Don't try to go for your gun or any other weapon while resisting arrest. You will likely get shot.
Don't show up at a demonstration armed with no ID and go confront federal officers or try to prevent them from performing their lawful duty.
Don't try to run over officers with your car. You will likely get shot.

They beat him for filming them, and while doing so found his concealed pistol which they took, then they put him face down on the ground and shot him multiple times. The weapon was never in his hand, and he was the legal owner and carrier of it.

This is muder.

So was the woman in the car.

How long until the next one?
Blatant lie.

This is the result of administration officials saying that ice agents had absolute immunity. They do not. If they think they do, they will kill people.

Irrelevant, cum-bubble. All involved in the tussle thought Pretti still had the gun, except for the one officer who quickly grabbed it when he had the chance. Even Pretti thought he still had his gun because he reached for it. He tried to draw it, but OOOOOOPS! It wasn't there. The other ICE officers saw Pretti reach for the gun and had a split second to stop him.

Pretti was stupid for an agitator. Who brings a loaded gun to a FAFO with law enforcement officers? Stupid leftists, that's who.
