RB, i have said before what Trump meant by "poorly educated" was that he identified a group of people, and whether they have degrees, trades or almost no schooling are STUPID and GULLIBLE. When you read that plaque above, it is hilarious that you cannot understand what it is saying and think someone has to be able to name a law broken.
You read that plaque, put out for every new military recruit to read and that is reinforced in classes and as you read it you say to the instructor 'but... but... what law has been broken? Why are you teaching us this?'
