Who is Jonathan Ross? ICE agent who killed Renee Good

- Her constitutional rights were violated.
- They had no authority nor jurisdiction.
- You can’t claim danger when you placed yourself in that situation against all training and protocol.
- There’s no evidence she hit him.
- All evidence points to her driving away from him.

A jury will hang this fucker out to dry.
We'll see... Not guilty...100%...

Have you had an Ophthalmologist examine you lately?

He’d best take a plea to manslaughter. A jury will find him guilty of second degree murder. No doubt.

Three shots. All not from in front of the vehicle. Two after it had passed the shooter. He’s fucked.
How did he use his right hand and hit the windshield and still hit her if he didn't shoot from the front of the vehicle?

Not one shred. He’s pulling his weapon with two feet flatly on the ground to the LEFT FRONT of the car. The windshield entry hole corroborates that.

Two shots through the side AFTER the car had passed.

He’s fucked on so many levels.
It is time that you see an Ophthalmologist Mr. Magoo because she clearly struck him with her car. The NYT CNN and the mayor of Minneapolis all admit she hit Ross with her SUV. He got hit drew his gun and fired 3 shots in less than one second.

Unconstitutional search and seizure. She had no reason to comply with an illegal order. The first shot was to the LEFT FRONT of the vehicle, not the front. The second two were to the side.

He’s toast at trial.
He'll not stand trial. The Feds have stolen all the evidence. It's a whitewash.

They can look into whatever “connections” they want. It doesn’t change the event where she was murdered.

You sad fucks are just not good at this, are you? All this peripheral grasping at straws to alter the truth of what ACTUALLY happened during the shooting.

The courts will demand evidence be released. The feds may or may not have fucked up the evidence. They won’t be able to conceal autopsy reports, though.
Are you sure? Where is Good's corpse right now? In a morgue in Minneapolis or in some Federal facility? The ICE thugs didn't even let medical professionals near Good after they murdered her. Her corpse and vehicle have both been confiscated by the thug administration. You think Kash Patel's going to even DO and autopsy?

It's a whitewash.

The only thing that can be done is rely on the courts to do the right thing. Officials are not immune from obstruction of justice.

The family or AG can order their own autopsy.

Unfortunately, these individuals are pretty immune. SCOTUS granted trump the right to commit crimes in office as long as he labels it, "presidential duties". trump in turn can and will grant all his thug minions a pardon. You're right in that MN can charge Ross with a state crime, but how sure are you that the Fed would turn him over? Not bloody likely, my friend.

Unless the feds ignore a court’s order, and they’ve pushed it to the max in the past, they can’t just hide him if he’s charged by the state.

SCOTUS gave Trump, as president, immunity for official acts. I don’t know if that applies to appointed officials. I doubt it.

There is no pardon for state convictions.
