For years now we have mostly southern white males posting videos about being stopped by police, for bogus reasons, and them refusing to give the police ID and standing their ground with the police mostly backing down. They love citing the Constitution and how police have no power to just demand ID without charging someone with a crime.
One of my biggest hopes is that the US gets a very aggressive lefty POTUS who uses Trump tactics and declares a 'War on Guns' and starts sending National Guard and a repurposed ICE into RED States.
I do not want that simply because i think it would be a good service (it would) but i think that is the ONLY way the SC will jump in and end this practice so no future GOP POTUS can use this Trump play book.
I guarantee Kavanaugh would instantly find reason to say forcing random southerners to submit to stops and produce ID and prove they did not have illegal guns, was against the Constitution, while he has no problem citing it is ok to do this in Blue States.

Indictment? It was in your article - she was ARRESTED for obstructing federal agents. She assaulted them as they attempted to enforce the laws passed by congress.

The problem that ICE and DHS is having is that the majority of their arrests for attacking or impeding an officer never make it to the indictment stage because when a prosecutor looks at the evidence there is no crime to charge.
Get out of your cult. Learn what an indictment is. Then spend 5 minutes researching how many of the claimed "attacks on federal officers" end up being bullshits claims that never actually are charged.
