No. My view is don't use it in the presence of the enemy. If the enemy rescues survivors, great. If they steam away, once they're gone use the radio. Doing it in front of them where they can see and hear you actively calling for help to other ships is clearly you continuing to fight.

If the purpose was to stop fentanyl, why is Trump going after a cocaine exporter instead of Mexico? If the purpose was to stop this "poison" from coming to the US, why did Trump pardon Hernandez, who had exported over 400 tons of cocaine to the US?

Ergo, the only reasonable explanation is these killings are to distract from the Epstein Files. If Trump invades Venezuela, he's going to get Americans killed for the same reason.
