Only SCOTUS can decide this.
I think some GOP legislators would welcome a less friendly ruling than the President would like, so voters would not suggest they are responsible for the increasing cost of living.
If this is what an actual thought from Jakey looks like maybe it's best he doesn't try it anymore. I know I've been complaining about him never having any original thoughts but now I can see that's probably for the best.
The cost of living is finally dropping, except for a few stubborn spots. Are prices still sky-high? Of course they are. How did it get this bad? Simple: look at the last four years of Democrat economics. Now that Trump is in there ese people are economic illiterates who think you can just scream at companies to lower prices and they’ll obey like the government owns every business (or wishes it did). Trump’s the reckless one for not slapping Soviet-style price controls on everything? Give me a break. Not true? Tell me what policy you would like to see Trump do or have done since being president. If you're going to say tariffs support your comment with actual data.
Reality check: prices are already falling and will keep falling fast once the regulatory chains come off and energy gets dirt cheap again. But the real win is wages exploding upward because trillions in investment are about to flood back in. Less red tape, cheaper fuel, bigger paychecks; it ain’t rocket science, the economy is about to blast off like a rocket.
Libtard politicians know it too, so they’ll do everything in their power to sabotage it, endless investigations, witch hunts, blocking every reform. We absolutely must crush them in the midterms or these morons will strangle the greatest comeback in fifty years before it even hits full throttle.
The big beautiful bill hasn't even kicked in yet and we’re already posting growth numbers the experts swore were impossible just from the regulation cuts and the energy policy. Next year we’re going to see the hottest economy since the 60s, maybe ever. Bet on it. We have never in history had so much investment coming in to our country so we will be
