Libturds crying about food prices associated with a holiday they claim not to celebrate!

Just like the people who claim they have abandoned their religion For many and varied reasons.... They also make claim they don't celebrate tThanksgiving or Christmas or Esster or any other "religious" holidays "anymore".... But you can be sure that a turkey's cooking or a tree is getting put up....cookies being baked... Or there's an Easter egg hunt for the kids.... And if there is an emergency Or a crisis there's a prayer....or three...
ITs there choice to celebrate or not, I do not care.

I celebrate, put up a tree, give gifts, lights on the house. It is a cultural and religious holiday, with roots in pagan culture. Many people celebrate that time of year.

Is there any reason they can't?

It absolutely is their choice... And yes it's religious and cultural.... Your upbringing is always a part of your life...

Libturds? When is your high school graduation? I'll send my condolences. So, in the future, you will no longer be allowed to complain about food prices when a Democrat is in the White House. Not unless you repeat 4 times that I, Stone, am a hypocritical little whiny bitch.

QUIET PIGGY!

There are many Protestant Ministers in my family tree, on both sides. I suspect the ones before the 1900's celebrated very differently than most do now.

“Pagan culture.”

Prove that Christianity has pagan roots.

There is a historical reference…proof to the eternal truth of Christianity.

Where are your historical references to atheism which is based on…nothing?

Paganism (from Latin paganus 'rural, rustic', later 'civilian') is a term first used in the fourth century by early Christians for people in the Roman Empire ...

That's a very good possibility... But faith is faith.....

The term, Paganism, was a vituperative attack on the Roman Empire by the Christians in the fourth century.

There were disparaging Paganism, not embracing it.

“It is a cultural and religious holiday, with roots in pagan culture.”

Horse mierda.

Good grief.

Faith is faith, but not always faith in a God or a particular God. To me faith is essential to survive.
It is essential... But if you were brought up Christian your faith is based in God... You can rename it if you like , however...

My faith is in God, not exclusive of a Christian one, but inclusive of other concepts of God.
A rose by any other name is still a rose.
Most concepts of God are not incompatible with other concepts of God.

Really Earl? You need to do better. You know damn good and well the libs wont be happy until that Thanksgiving meal is 100% FREE. After they have consumed every last crumb, they will STILL complain about having to drive down to their local government run grocery store to pick up the free meal. It should have been delivered to their front door. Asshole MAGAs.

Ok... I'm only familiar with the Christian concept of God..... But do you do you...

If one does not exclude the God of Christianity, one must have no other Gods before the God of Christianity.

The phrase "You shall have no other gods before me" is the first of the Ten Commandments in the Hebrew Bible, found in Exodus 20:3. It is a command for exclusive worship and complete devotion to God, asserting that God is supreme and the sole object of worship, not a physical idol or any other priority.

Indeed!

These far left loons would complain if hung with a new rope.

They are so used to lying for political reasons that its like they cant even keep their shit straight anymore and forget about what they said earlier.

I have literally seen posters right in this room make the statement a few weeks before T day saying " Thanksgiving is an oppressive holiday that celebrates the oppression of POC by the European oppressors and their victory on STOLEN LAND. NOBODY should celebrate this EVIL holiday"!

Then ,.....three weeks later say........" Thanks a lot Trump!!! I went to the store the other day to buy our THANKSGIVING Turkey along with all the other foods needed for side dishes and everything was higher this year!!! Damn TRUMP! "

I tell ya,....if Libturds had even half of a functioning brain they would be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. But they dont. These lunatics will say and DO just about ANYTHING! Fun to laugh at though,.....I always get a kick out of their little child like lies and rants... :ROFLMAO:
I don't know any liberals who hate Thanksgiving.

It's my favorite holiday.

There is a difference between putting a God before the God of Christianity, and acknowledging the existence or even the equality of other concepts of God.
