Once again, initiating an inquiry doesn’t automatically imply guilty especially in the Trump Administration, if it moves and criticizes Trump, he’ll inquire it, investigate it, indite it, or try to get it fired, and from what’ve seen, they are not good at it

Once again, it isn't Trump taking action, it's the Navy. Kelly is being dishonorably discharged - you can cry about it, but it's still happening. No courts involved. The Secretary of War and the Secretary of the Navy made the decision.

Turns out that sedition and incitement to mutiny are a bad thing - even if you really hate Donald Trump. Even if you're trying to protect drug smugglers and narco terrorists.

Who knew? democrats have never been subject to laws before, it's a shock that suddenly they are expected to obey the laws that govern the little people.
