That is so wrong. The Trumpys on this board lined up telling us how Comey and James were certainly going to jail for a long time. There was no doubt. Trump had them nailed. And like almost all the other Trump actions, it was not true. This has gone on since Trump oozed down the golden escalator. The Repub investigations had the Dems dead to rights. And here we go again. Halligan will probably get disbarred for a vengeful prosecution. Trump will respond with more of them. He does not learn either.

Wrong as usual. Comey hit the statute of limitations.
Refiling is a bit more than paperwork. For some reason, which a Trump like you cannot understand, the cases were crap from the beginning and real prosecutors refused to prosecute the cases. The result shows they were correct. You cannot learn.

You are a believer. How sad. It makes you appear really stupid.
When those cases linger and linger, will you figure it out? I sincerely doubt it.
The judge said that since Sept. 30th came without an indictment, there is no peg to hang a new one on.
I guess you should inform that judge of the super facts you have.

As i always say and TOP demonstrates above it is Magats stupidity that is the lefts super power.

Magats get so excited that 'this case by Comer or JOrdan', or this 'newly appointed Special Prosecutor is FINALLY going to get these clearly law breaking Dems. FINALLY justice will prevail.

And yet over and over and over again, the Magats find nothing, ZERO, to prosecute and if they manage to get charges filed they get thrown as Magats are too stupid to simply do it the correct way.

And yet somehow when it is investigations and prosecution against Magats, and the right, we get massive piles of convictions. Even with republican appointed judges.

Magats = stupid = dem super power!
