By the way, I'm sick of seeing idiots here and in the press obsess over who appointed the judge like it's some magic decoder ring. Sometimes it's a pick the White House actually wants, sometimes it's horse-trading to ram through a whole slate without the opposition turning confirmation into a six-month torture session.
Of course, this time the Dems are just stonewalling with zero negotiation, nothing like the bipartisan deal-making that's defined American history. So yeah, whether it was a Trump appointee or not means jack shit until you dig into the actual bargain that got them on the bench. Any of you drones ever bother with that homework? The press sure as hell doesn't, not on either side.
The only thing that should matter is whether the judge is following the law or straight-up writing it from the hip. Of course, Dems being the sore-loser scum they are, it's all-out legislating from the bench until they get bitch-slapped by higher courts, nearly every damn time.

Understand Bolton is not accused of holding Top Secret or any classified documents in his personal possession that he should not have, in the way Trump, Pence and Biden had.
What Bolton is accused of is that when he was writing his book, he shared data that he could not with his Editor (his wife) and that information sharing is the breaking of the laws he is charged with. They have emails between him and his wife with that material.
Boltons defense in the past has been he submitted the information to the gov't agency that approves or disallows such sharing and he got the all clear but it seems that all clear might be for the final form that went out in the book only. That everything that went out in the book was cleared. But these private emails with his Editor (wife) that did not end up in the book were not cleared and not appropriate to share.
Every time the Trump chew fucks out, you pittaful people CRY and blame the judge.

So far Trump’s second term just eleven months in has already obliterated every single record on the Supreme Court’s emergency shadow docket, filing 28 applications, snagging 23 grants (an unbelievable 82% success rate), and racking up 17 outright overturns of lower-court rulings.
For context, you brain-dead drones: Bush and Obama combined over sixteen years filed eight emergency apps and got maybe four wins.
It’s not just unusual, it’s a full-blown judicial apocalypse that proves beyond any doubt these lower-court activist hacks are completely unhinged, rabidly political libtard saboteurs who couldn’t care less about the law, the Constitution, or even trying to appear impartial. They’re just throwing tantrums to obstruct Trump at every turn, and SCOTUS has to swoop in like the cleanup crew for these deranged hacks. Every reversal is a neon sign screaming how broken and biased the bench has become under decades of Democrat-installed ideologues.
We currently have the most conservative Supreme Court in 70 years, and Trump is the most litigious president ever. Have you ever considered that might be the reason? Also Trump had pushed hardest up against the law more than any president.
