Tucker a few months back had a guy who has spent years studying drug cartels...he was saying that they are intricately tied to the CIA, which extracts profit from them to run their dark ops. I think we know for sure that they were doing this with heroin out of Afghanistan.

They get anything they want out of Ukraine I am told......there are now so many weapons on the black market that it will be impossible to keep the cartels from getting anything they want for as far as the eye can see.
