No, she didn't. She has no authority to decide what plan congressional districts will be drawn up to. Sure, she can declare the plan isn't lawful but has ZERO authority to decide which plan is used. That's for the legislature to decide. Just another rogue judge overstepping her authority.

Well the Supreme Court would laugh at you as they create a Presidential Immunity law out of thin air, that would likely require a Constitutional Amendment for Congress to do it.
Beyond that though, a Judge interpreting the law is exactly what they do. Via the Constitution they get to interpret and test it versus the Constitution for its applicability.
There views are subjective and that is why future POTUS can reverse it.
That Terry disagrees with them on any issue does not mean Terry's opinion over rides their opinion. So Terry saying IMO they are 'making up law out of thin air' when they say 'they are interpretation it', is meaningless. Just like me pointing out the SC made up the Immunity law is meaningless, as they have the ability to do it, even if i believe it wrong.
The way the SC is held to account (or any Judge) if they are seen to be abusing power is by a Congress exercising over sight. Or thru their own Judicial conference.

What you have done above is offered your OPINION on the judges action. The judge has a different opinion of their work and finding and you, Terry, are not correct just because you say and stick to it.
But i know, because you are stupid, you will not understand what i just said and that will lead you to continue to think you alone (as Judge) can assess and pass judgment and your proclamation becomes fact, simply because you stated it.

It is purple and why does that matter? The Dems got the power lately and went to fair redistricting. That is the point. The reason the Democrats had fewer state representatives, election after election, with more voters was Republican redistricting.

You said nobody redistricted between the census prior to Trump. That is incorrect.
You said the only states that tried to put redistricting on a fair level are blue states. That too is incorrect and it’s why I asked how Michigan was defined.
California is a blue state but the biggest backer of the independent commission for redistricting was Arnold and the biggest financial backer was a Republican, Charlie Munger Jr. Plenty of Democrats in the state were against it.
So your claims in that post were either wrong or not backed by the facts.

The red states are redistricting now on Trump's orders. It is between census periods and it is not done. The Dem states I was talking about passed ballot initiatives that would make fair redistricting. That is the process. Trump is not doing that. He is cheating, as you would expect from him. Now California and other states may have to do it now because that is the answer to his cheating. Cheat like he does. Otherwise, he will prosper from cheating;.

Yes, Texas is redistricting under pressure from Trump but you’re pivoting away from what you said that wasn’t correct.
