Former Vice President Dick Cheney has died

Yeah, I was coming here to see if anyone had posted this yet. I am sure we will have some incredibly insensitive remarks soon. Remember leftists, Dick Cheney and Trump had no love lost between them. Maybe that will give him a break.

Oh yeah

You are on the far right so you claim to be all feels and morals at the drop of a Donny shit drop

It doesn’t matter what any of you did or said in the past

You live “in the moment” no need for introspection of what your past behavior did to make all moments worse

No time to mull your own constant state of never ending hypocracy

Only the moment exists

Bot holes are like that

R.I.P. VP Cheney. Politically speaking, it’s quite the interesting legacy he leaves.

To liberals he’s evil personified, but #MAGA folks hate him too. And in today’s environment when you hear some on the left say the Republican Party needs to take the party back from Trump, what that really means is going back to the days of Bush and Cheney who they absolutely hated and despised.

And just like everyone gets called a #Magat today, back in the 2000s everyone on the right was labeled a neocon. Now a decent number of those neocons are either Democrats or have left the Republican Party. Politics is not always static.

No love lost with some magas, either.

MAGA celebrates the death of 'war monger' Dick Cheney
Dick Cheney, whom CNN calls "America's most powerful modern vice president and chief architect of the 'war on terrror,'" has died at the age of 84 due to complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease — and MAGA faithful aren't shedding any tears.

Cheney was a polarizing figure who served alongside Republican President George W. Bush for two terms between 2001 and 2009, but it wasn't until he cast his final vote in the presidential election for Democrat Kamala Harris that he really divided people in his own party...

...as the news broke of Cheney's death, with MAGA Republicans wasting no time in celebrating his passing.

"He went out on the bottom," posted one on X, along with a picture titled, "Kamala Harris voter Dick Cheney dead at 84."

Another wrote, "Let's remember him for the evil vile neocon war monger Harris supporter that he was."

"It's a shame he won't get to see his daughter go to prison," wrote another, referring to Trump's repeated calls for Liz Cheney to be jailed for her role in the House Jan. 6 committee investigation...

I’m not too sure about that one

Not just people on the left, but some on both sides are saying that the GOP needs to break away from Trumpism and return to their traditional conservative ideology and principles, I wouldn’t say that automatically means modeling Cheney, who’s character and arrogance pissed off others

He lied American heros to their deaths

You love lies and death

As much as I detested Cheney while he was in office, looking back I have to say that he and The Shrub were light years better than the squatter garbage occupying (and destroying) the WH now.

Actually makes the Bush era seem like "the good ol' days" by comparison.
