Democrats don't care about any pain they cause. They only care about themselves.

They hate the poor by denying them benefits and causing and supporting crime in the cities.

They hate children by aborting (murdering) them, mutilating them in the name of 'gender choice', and putting them in 'gun free zones' where mass shooters can kill them with impunity, and exposing them to sexual deviancy as 'normal'. Children are just pawns to them.
