That is not the issue Damo. Once again you are being stupid and do not know what you are talking about.

Investigations are supposed to start when police or prosecutors become aware of elements of a potential crime and that triggers them to investigate and that can lead to indictment and conviction.

In that respect no one should be immune to that 'investigation' when it is triggered in that fashion.


How they are NOT supposed to start is when a new POTUS, a new AG, a new FBI head, etc says 'hey investigators, i hate these people so go dig around their lives and see if you can find any crimes'.


EVEN IF THEY DO find crimes we should ALL complain about investigations that started that way and not be stupid enough to think is ok because someone is "facing the music for their actions".

I read the fraud they are conjuring is 19,000 bucks. There is no case, according to professional prosecutors, who refused to accept the case. Trump had to find an ambitious. unqualified Central Casting woman who has no values, to prosecute the case. This is a pathetic misuse of presidential powers. It is an abomination of justice. But it is Trump's love of retribution. He does not care about right and wrong, justice, or preserving the presidency. He is a bully who cannot grow up. Fuck the Constitution and the separation of powers. This is limbo man presidency, how low can he go?
