TBH, I doubt it's a choice. He lacks the capacity. He's very immature and very emotional. I've worked with mentally ill and retarded people before. He has all the signs of someone with a very low IQ. IDK the cause, probably genetic, but it could be brain damage or disease. Either way, he's trapped at home and very jealous of you for some reason.
