He had cancer long before he went in the office, that cancer is slow moving and he likely had it for 12 years before it reached stage 4, then it was at least another year before you learned about it.

They have never told the truth about Trump's health, since he oozed down the escalator. He did the first one as his doctor Bornstein said. The doc only signed it. It was the first crazy health report talking about the healhiest man who was ever president. No doctor would write that.
Every health report since then has been written by Trump just as badly. His latest said his winning golf tournament showed how healthy he is. No doctor would write that. Every reporty has crazy language like that in them. Trump controls them 100 percent. They are not real.
Trump is clumsily covering up something important. Otherwise he would have had real medical reports.
