Rand Paul Wins Primary!

Or maybe its a nick-name for the elitist-sounding "Randolph", and he didn't want to use the gay-sounding "Randy".

I disagree pinhead, I don't believe he would have been RE-elected if he ran on that the first time and didn't deliver. It most certainly WASN'T why Bush was elected by the largest vote total in American history... but even IF it was... doesn't show much promise for the future of Gay Marriage, does it?

Look, you and Damo can have a little Satan party and light candles and dance around your pentagram if it makes you feel better, as long as we get CONSERVATIVE government back, I really don't give a shit what either of you have to say about the "religious right" or what they have on the agenda. I can guarantee you both this, though, the Tea Party will not support the Atheistic or Agnostic ideology of you or Damo, and will not back such a candidate for president. Whoever they end up supporting, is not going to be some immoral piece of shit who doesn't believe in God, as much as you and Damo want that to be the case... just ain't happening in America!

LOL that made me laugh so hard

So did this yahoo really give his acceptance speech at a private country club? Yeah, that sends a "man of the people" message.

Why? I'm tired of the praymores getting anointed and running along with Amendments about stupid things like gay marriage. It's nice to see candidates that are more libertarian than ones that are loudly praying and talking to Jeebus in the shower.

These are exactly the people who will win with a new Contract, one that includes a strong Balanced Budget Amendment...

I'm actually getting excited to vote FOR something rather than against some other thing...

Or for that matter, vote to vote against something!

That's why teabaggers are the most immoral possible Americans, and should not be given the privilege of American citizenship.

You're so cute when you get all butthurt and throw a hissy fit for all of us to see.

Do you think you'll outgrow that like around 26, ya think?

:tantrum:

You're pretty typical Watermark. You and about a million other college kids pull the same worn out schtick you pull here every day.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!

primary turnouts are always bigger than general elections.

did everyone miss the more important issue about all these incumbent losses at primaries?

Umm NO primary turnouts are not bigger than general elections.

There are always more turning out for the General elections when they actually send someone into office.

The primaries are also an indication on how fired up the electorate is.

It seems teh Dems are far more fired up than the Rs.

Too bad for paul He wont get elected because the Dem will have more dem voters turning out to vote.

That's not what the polls are saying.

If you see the tea party for what they pretend to be, you should be excited about the victories.

If you see the tea party as a front for traditional NeoCons it is a depressing site to see so many Americans duped.

This is very fringe..........

Rand Paul opposes Civil Rights Act and Americans with Disabilities Act

Rand Paul, was on NPR yesterday talking about the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disability Act. He's not supportive of those federal laws, thinking discrimination should be a "local" issue.

Hey String, what's your position on the Civil Rights Act?

Which one? 1964, I think it allows for retards to pretend that black culture is racist. I don't believe the government should have a heavy hand in culture and when it tries to force private individuals and businesses to act a certain way it is usually counter productive and unnecessary. We had already reached a cultural tipping point or it would not have passed. I believe the bulk of our advancements on this issue would have happened without it.

Frankly, I think Hollywood is a better tool for shifting culture. Since conservatives are not very creative the correct side on this is already well armed.

There should be no discrimination by the government so many parts of it are fine.

It really boggles my mind. The bottom line seems to be that Rand Paul is of the view that government regulation of private enterprise is never appropriate. And that's just nutty. "Principled" but nutty.

For instance, as we talked about in the real racism thread... Let them have their Miss Skinhead Pageant or WET. Who's gonna watch? They probably wouldn't be able to get any sponsorship. These dumbfucks think the government is the reason there is only 3 people at their white power rallies. They don't realize the people have moved on and want nothing to do with them.
