Any WNBA Fans Here?

Womens basketball will never be real financial success. The WNBA lost 50 million in 2024 alone. The NBA subsidizes the WNBA.

I started watching the WNBA because of Caitlin Clark. She’s an incredible player and the reason the league is getting so much attention.But the hate and constant targeting she’s facing is unreal. If this were happening to Steph or LeBron, there’d be fines, ejections, and nonstop outrage.She deserves better and the silence around it is unacceptable

CC's getting much more love than hate. The millions she's getting from endorsements, I'm sure helps ease any hard feelings about "hate on social media".

I don’t understand how #3,who blindsided & intentionally knocks her to the ground AFTER she was scratched in the eye, was not ejected or fined? It’s a dead ball assault. The WNBA is a joke, but this seems way dumber than usual.

I watched that game. The officials who refed that Fever/Sun game should all be fired! Sophie Cunningham got into a bad dust up during that same game because the refs weren't doing their job!

Reese acts like a Primadonna. But that's because she's just a kid and lacks maturity. Like I just said - she's a decent player and the current WNBA rebounding leader.

Especially given that they now use replay to assess the level of punishment for fouls.

Hockey always had lesser quality players that were enforcers. I believe we'll see that now with Indiana.
 
The lack of popularity of the WNBA is not a mystery to any Not Moron.
