The BLUE states are the richest, have the highest earners, have the smartest people, have the safest environments.

places like L.A. and N.Y.C. Wake up fella!
I've been through New York many times. City and suburbs. One route that strikes me was on a long road through farm fields and woodlands to a store in the middle of it. Beautiful land, very few homes. Peaceful. I could retire there. Small towns through upstate NY are nice, too. But, steer clear of the big cities. Yes, there's more to do, but you put your safety in jeopardy.
