Conclusion : surrendering the Congress people to the mercy of the mob WAS NOT an option and shooting Ashley was the only way to stop the mob from flowing in to that space and taking control of it.

That whole event was so typical of Trumpian revisionist history. It was a massive crowd, violently breaking the law and assaulting LEOs, and attempting to seize and assault elected officials. Yet when one idiot gets herself shot, suddenly THEY'RE the victims. Odd how everyone associated with the #TangerineTyrant is a "victim."
