You know. I'm white. When I was laid off during Covid, I applied for several new positions - got turned down by several. Never once did I think that those turning me down did so due to DEI. Instead of throwing my hands up and whining about "DEI" I kept applying and finally have a dream job with a company with a heavy DEI culture.
When trumptards complain about "DEI being discrimination", they're just making exuses for they're being useless and lazy.

You obviously didn't understand my post. My point was, instead of complaining about DEI being the reason I didn't get several positions I applied for I kept at it and now have my dream job with a great company not afraid to promote diversity.

You point was, and is, that DEI is somehow of value, and that you feel compelled to virtue-signal to all the other DEI-hires your support for battling capitalism wherever it rears its ugly head.
When did I become a plural?
