Wait, you're talking about the 2020 election, correct? In that case, I retract. You are correct that Donald Trump could not have been declared the winner due to the shenanigans surrounding the electoral college.

Why does Trump care about what Biden did? Trump pardoned people who were involved in his crimes. He did it to avoid potential legal woes. Since Biden was not doing a 4 year crime wave like Trump, he did not have anything to cover up.
