Incest in the nuclear family (and amongst multiple generations of cousins) is wrong because it can produce deformed children. Homosexuality produces no such victimization.

I really don't have a problem with multi-partner (polyamoric) marriages. The only thing is, I fear it would be used by fundamentalist Mormons and Muslims as a tool to oppress women, in the strictly polygamist sense which doesn't give the woman any rights.

The difference is that there is harm to be done by legalizing incest. There is no harm done by legalizing gay marriage.

Those 3 descriptions (as a reason for denying marriage or military service) have been laid to rest numerous times.
