There are states that have laws making abortion illegal, the law is just waiting for the S. Ct. to overturn Row v. Wade, this is the same thing.

My point is not that you will get arrested in these conservative states, it is that the people of these conservative states would like to be able to have you arrested, but for the S. Ct. of the USA.

The point is you were either lying deliberately or trying to be cute. Consentual homosexuality is legal.

My point is that if it were not for our federal constitution and Supreme Court's authority to declare laws unconsitutional... it would be illegal in several RED states!
 
My point is that these scandals in the Catholic Church expose a fundamental flaw in their belife system.

You cant oppress a segment of your population without a negative affect.

Sure they want to keep it secret, to admit it is to illistrate to the world the basic flaw in their belife system, and thats all they have is their beilfe system.

First off this is children who can't consent. Our own FBI profiles the average pedophile as heterosexual in his adult relationships and opportunistic when it comes to molestation. That being said, you have repeatedly defended the Catholic Church and their response to this 4 decade long scandal. The church has know about these child molestors and almost never turned them over to the authorities. The vatican says the crimes should be kept secret but when that memo comes out they flim flam and say ONLY the church trials should be secret. They tell us that Cardinal/Pope Ratzenfucker didn't MEAN to not tell the police, but if that were true, then why weren't the police told. Every church trial of clergy is known to the church. If they didn't mean for the offenses to be kept from the police then WHY didn't they order someone to report them. Priest Penatent confidentiality does not extend in ANY STATE IN THE US to child molestation. EVERY member of the Church that participated in the trial and that did not report them to the police was an accomplice after the fact. The Catholic church has engaged in long term organized criminal activity

Then why is it that the FBI ViCAP profile of child molestors are primarily heterosexual in their adult sexual relationships?

Hey brightboy, he was pointing out that the majority of men who molest boys are straight in their adult relationships.

Showing that this has nothing to do with homosexuality.
 
Most pedophile will tell you that the sex of the victim has very little weight for them. It is more about opportunity. One pedophile I interviewed while working with the Kansas Death Penalty Defense Unit said that from behind an 8 boy looks just like an 8 year old girl. This guy had been married for 27 years.

If this was happening in any other group; the outcry would be that it was being kept secret, because the crimes go all the way to the office of the leader of that group.
