You are so foolish. Pa. doesn't allow absentee/mail ballots to be counted before Election Day. Maybe the Republican legislature needs to change that?

That is already addressed by provisional ballots. People who vote early by mail have their ballots opened and checked when they come in. If there is a problem, they are notified and they must show up on election day to vote.

That's fine if you add 10 times the polling places in every state. Who pays for that? Some states (Florida in '20) added pages of ballot initiatives that took 15 minutes to decipher. They did it on purpose to slow down the voting lines.

I am NOT saying it would be, I am saying every AMERICAN has the right to have their LEGAL vote counted.
It has been a practice for years now to count ALL votes that have a post office time stamp up to 11.59 PM on election day.

I'm not sure I believe that, but a percentage of people probably will vote based on that.
