Harris’s Personnel Problem: Over 90 Percent of VP’s Staff Left in Last Three Years | National Review
The new numbers come as Harris consolidates her position as Joe Biden’s successor atop the Democratic ticket.

"Throughout her career as a senator and then vice president, Kamala Harris developed a reputation as a difficult boss who struggles to retain staff due to the atmosphere of suspicion and disorder that tends to develop among her subordinates."this a bad case of stupid hateful bitch syndrome.
this is why dei policies suck rectum.
Hahahahah, the overwhelming majority of the people Trump placed into cabinet positions refuse to endorse him or vote for him, you dumb twat![]()

But these are facts.Sure, a right wing magazine does not like Democrats.
but they kept their jobs.Hahahahah, the overwhelming majority of the people Trump placed into cabinet positions refuse to endorse him or vote for him, you dumb twat
No, they did not. trump had extremely high cabinet churn. We have never seen this level of churn before.but they kept their jobs.
Kamala is so awful people left politics and ended their careers.
Or because there is a normal movement in and out of mid level political appointments. I guess the way to tell is whether over 90% of them have refused to endorse Harris, like over 90% of trump cabinet members have refused to endorse trump. But these are facts.
most of here staff leaves because she's awful.
She is one repulsive cunt.
Anyone who's watched The Apprentice knows exactly how Trump acts as a boss.It is weird for Trumpys to make that claim about her, while Trump is a asshole bully to his staff. His temper tantrums are famous in language and throwing things. What president ever had his VP refuse to endorse him, let alone over 100 former staff people?
Former Kamala staffer. https://thehill.com/opinion/campaig...kamala-harris-heres-what-i-learned-about-her/

Harris strikes me as the sort of ditzy, know-nothing, female boss that tells staff to do something stupid then holds them responsible when disaster results.
She takes no responsibility but wants all of the authority. I've seen her answer questions that way. That is, nothing is her fault but she doesn't give subordinates any authority to do anything other than what she has ordered them to do.
her turnover rate is so high its cherry.Or because there is a normal movement in and out of mid level political appointments. I guess the way to tell is whether over 90% of them have refused to endorse Harris, like over 90% of trump cabinet members have refused to endorse trump.
cabinet is slightly different than personal staff. No, they did not. trump had extremely high cabinet churn. We have never seen this level of churn before.
Having a position in the VP's office does not end careers. It makes a career. Now having a public argument and leaving a cabinet level position is a career ender, but that is trump, not Harris.
Rex Tillerson gave up a third of his net worth, and any chance to make a difference in his net worth, in order to be a check on trump as Secretary of State for four to eight years. This was the capstone of his career, what his life would be known for. When he wrote is autobiography, it would be one chapter before his tenure, 20 chapters of his tenure, and a page or two for the years afterwards.cabinet is slightly different than personal staff.

VP staffers would tend to be in their late 20's. They make maybe $70k a year, which means they have to have roommates(this generation hates that) and go deeply into credit debt. They work 90-100 hours a week, which takes it toll on their healths. They do it for a few years, and then get jobs making $200k to $400k. The attempt is to get them to stay for at least two years, which actually Harris got right.Tillerson...Mattis... Asper...Norquist
