Because Williams was never given the chance to answer. He started to and Dylan cut him off with his tantrum. Dylan never wanted him to answer unless he was going to answer the WAY Dylan wanted him to. That is juvenile journalism. Dylan has the right to ASK the questions, but he does not have the right to DICTATE how they are answered. It is like idiot lawyers who try to pin someone to a yes or no answer on complex questions.
