Notice that you/we/everyone never suggests that a Republican or anyone on the political RIGHT gets accused of being anti Jewish.
That my fella is because its not in our Christian value system to discard, humiliate or show a deep respect for any creed or race
identity of people in general. But some Christians like myself will show and voice my opinion as being one that degrades a
political ideology wrapped around an anti American/progressive/communist style/liberalism/weaponized government like we now
have in the democrat party.
Here's the thing, Libby.
I'm not a Christian in any way other than ethnicity,
and I'm not a socially regressive, reactionary Republican at all.
I have too high an IQ to be either.
But more to the point:
My perspective of government's sole and necessary purpose
is to make life
EASIER than it can possibly be without the existence of government.
I support just about
EVERY Democratic initiative that has this goal
and I
profoundly disrespect any impediments thrown in the way of these initiatives.
If I
don't support a particular Democratic majority view,
it's because I disagree that it makes life easier.
None of us asked to be here, in this shithole of a universe,
so none of us should have to put up with more inconvenience that we absolutely must.
The Republican Party in particular (and conservatives in general)
do
NOT view government in that way.
Thus, having cast my first votes in 1968,
I have
never once voted for anybody
who identifies as a Republican,
and as long as I draw breath, I obviously never will.
Republicans are are detriment to my quality of life,
and I'm sensible enough to profoundly dislike them because of it.
I agree with Republicans on supporting Israel
and I agree with Democrats on supporting Ukraine,
just as I disagreed with both of them on getting involved with Vietnam when I was young.
I didn't believe that not allowing the Vietnamese people to willfully choose communism, which they did anyway,
was in anyway helpful to making my life easier.
There's always a huge variety of political issues on hand at the same time
and it's difficult to agree even with one's own party on everything.
