They give him some cards to read, if he can still read them they call it "passed" and then hope (and pray) he remembers not to go off script if they have to send him out in front of people.

Meanwhile Biden was expelled from Law School for plagiarism and eventually finished near the bottom of his class. BTW Obama never allowed his transcript from his drug filled days at Occidental College to be released. It's not difficult to wonder why!
