January 6 was a violent insurrection attempt.

Anyone in the history of EVER,..ever heard of a violent insurrection being conducted with............BEAR SPRAY ?:thinking: :rolleyes: Yeah,...me neither. I rest my case.
 
Insurrection is about INTENT - not how the insurrectionists are armed.

That crowd, and Trump, wanted to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power - one of our great traditions.

I'm actually surprised by how conservatives are about that day now. It's pretty low-hanging fruit - an obvious thing to condemn. On that day, we were all on the same page in terms of how we viewed it. Then, politics came into it.

Would you then say that taking over a given states Capital building and holding it for 2 weeks with the intent of changing the outcome of an election and the changes that come with it would also constitute an insurrection?


In fact,....those who stormed my state capital and took it over for 2 weeks were fond of singing......" This is what Democracy looks like!" ;)
 
I guess those who stormed the Wisconsin State Capital in an attempt to overturn a legal election should have been mowed down then huh? I mean,....they were in fact insurrectionists and all....RIGHT?

Nothing is funnier than seeing a bunch of loonies sing loudly and proudly that " THIS IS WHAT DEMOCRACY LOOKS LIKE! " While at the same time many among them are also waving hammer and sickle banners! :thinking: Talk about having ZERO awareness! WOW!!!!! The stupidity is STAGGERING! :laugh:

Glad you guys have all said that all insurrectionists should be gunned down . Im sure our next President Donald J Trump will remember that and can make just that happen! Just as soooooooooooooooo many of you have said it should. :thinking:
