Because the prosecutors overcharge and can't support their charges in a neutral court.

Jack Smith lost 8-0 in the Supreme Court because he over charged the Republican former governor of Virginia, Robert McDonnell

There is a big move to have open primaries in all states. That would allow Independents like myself to vote in primaries.

That said, Independents won't voter for Haley over Biden in numbers big enough to matter. She can try to lie about her stance on abortion, but nobody will believe it.

Biden needs voters just like you. Deep Red state voters who refuse to vote for trump. I believe we're going to see a repeat of that, as we did in '20

Smith won in a liberal Federal Court in Richmond Virginia but lost unanimously in Supreme court.

The country was divided, people hated each other, he was incompetent & inexperienced, and more jobs were lost under his admin than any President in modern history. He also inspired an attempted insurrection and tried to disrupt the grand American tradition of a peaceful transfer of power.

If Republican voters care about moving on from Biden & changing the direction of the country - Haley is the answer. Not Trump. His dominance in the polls makes no sense to me.

I wouldn't bet on it...which is a good reason why most Democrats want Trump to be the Republican nominee. LOL

I won't be voting Democrat this next election nor for the foreseeable future. You, of course, can call yourself whatever you like but if you always vote for Democrat Presidents, you're a Democrat. :)
