Now do you suppose the Founding Fathers envisioned

one of those “well regulated militia’s” walking into public facilities and gunning down sixteen innocent people with a musket?

Amazing how supposed educated jurists like Scalia, Thomas, and Alito try to justify the insanity by telling us they know what the Founding Fathers thought thru the Originalism bullshit

The fathers of our constitution had good intentions and their legacy would be prevalent today, had we not spawn a nation of pathetic disgusting white people, who are determined to keep this nation locked down on white supremacy. These Maga fucks will fight tooth and nail to squash BROWN taking over this country someday....but sadly as in every single case throughout man kind....the wheels of change may slow down, but will not stop for anybody, including white people.....Trump will not live forever, nor will his Maga nuts and their offspring, who are aggresively being watered down by ww and their lust for any form of meat, but white meat...LOLOL...change is coming to this country, like it or not and BROWN will dominate someday. Its not gonna be nigro's, but the Latino;s

They figured it would be done with a musket.

Including you.

Agreed. I just use legally binding cases that made those decisions.

What does the Constitution mean by a "speedy trial." Since no court can interpret that meaning according to you how soon is a speedy trial? What does your Constitution say about that?

Pivot fallacy. The topic is unconstitutional gun control laws.

You don't know what a speedy trial constitutes? That defeats your claim that the words of the document give us all we need to know without court interpretation.

The fact that all the states and federal government have hundreds of gun control laws tell us clearly that guns can be regulated. If you now claim all those laws are unconstitutional is just akin to claiming you are always right and anything contrary to that is unconstitutional.

The Court has no authority to interpret or change the Constitution.
It is unconstitutional to ban or limit any gun.

There's no constitutional right to high capacity ammunition mags.
That is a battlefield innovation that has no legitimate civilian use. High capacity ammunition mags can be outlawed tomorrow without running afoul of the second amendment.
