Active shooter situation in Maine, hospital says 'mass casualty, mass shooter' event

We now know that Card was in a hospital just a few months ago for serious mental health issues and making threats . Why didn't the authorities add up two and two and figure out that because of his knowledge of firearms and had access to them, he was ALREADY a danger to society? Card should have been immediately confined ant a min of 120 days to a hospital for treatment


If that had happened 18 people would still be alive today

While it wouldn't be the first time Democrats ignored, overlooked or were too stupid to remember the Law of Unintended Consequences, this isn't rocket science. It doesn't take a college degree to see how the policies would play out.

FWIW, there's a long history of LW elitism. The entire "we know what's best for you" ideology. IMO, it goes hand in glove with Lord Acton's "Power corrupts" comment.

He has Second Amendment rights and Maine doesn't have Red Flag laws. In short, Maine followed the law.

Someone was upset at being schooled....or is it skooled for you? LOL

How does your definition change the fact the United States has a general "American" culture and a lot of subcultures? If you really believe race is a "social construct" as I do, then you know the difference between Trump and Obama is mainly one of culture, not genetics.
