I did, Jenna is broke, she wasn’t getting any help from Trump. Her life is ruined. I knew it was coming after Powell and Chesebro flipped, they were all going to try to pin it on Powell.

I also did.

The pressure of anyone who had any conversations or involvement with CheeseBro and Sydney Kraken, would be immense as they know what these two will say about their involvement.

Also the desire to grab a sweet deal before those sweet deals end, would also be immense. Seeing Sydney Kraken and CheeseBro both get no jail time and the ability to expunge their criminal record under Georgia's First Time Offender plea deals has to be very appealing. A completely clean record with no criminal history if you finish your sentence (probation) without incident.


I think you will see quite a few ore names in the next few days and it will continue until Fanni gets to the point where she determines there is no more extra value in more flippers as everything else is already covered by prior flippers sufficiently.
 
I've been wondering if Trump would have to eat standard prison food, or if he would receive special accomodations to have steak with ketchup and Big Macs catered in.
 
and lets not forget the legal defense Trump has been pushing in media appearance which is the 'Advice of Counsel' defense.

He argues he ignored the advice of his top WH lawyers HE PICKED, such as his AG Bill Barr, and his entire WH Legal team, because he did not trust or believe them and he instead sought out and went with the advice of Team Crazy lawyers, and now you have 3 of those Team Crazy lawyers (more to come) all saying 'Ya this was all a criminal conspiracy to steal the election between Team Trump and us'.

Looks like we are really going to find out if a former president can be put in prison.
 
It's not looking good for the Donald, aka the pigfucking orangutan, but they've still got to get juries to convict him.

It only takes one "no" vote out of twelve to cause a mistrial.
I've served on two hung juries myself.

Can the prosecution scratch every trumpanzee in the vois dire process?

Good point, only take one MAGA militia to sneak on to the jury, and you can bet if they went to such extremes to try to invalidate the vote they are surely going to be working to insure one sneaks in

Its pretty hard t sneak onto a jury, but I am sure its not impossible.

Even for my trials, I have someone off sight doing background checks on my potential jurors. I know pretty well who they are when I chose who I want.

I don't know if that is a Felony or not in Georgia but i would suspect Jenna would escape a felony charge as i think her role was truly minimal in all of this. Besides standing behind Rudy and doing a few TV interviews, I do not see her as very instrumental, but then who knows what Kraken or CheeseBro said about her actions behind the scenes????

That is the beauty of this RICO charge, because i think many of these minor actors, likely would not have been charged if the State had to go after them one by one for lesser offenses, not tied to the biggest offense. And with these lessor actors facing the same potential fate as Trump and Giuliani even for much lesser roles, the incentive to cooperate is massive.


There was a lot of criticism about Fanni bringing such a big and unwieldy case with many saying she should have instead brought a narrowly tailored case focused in only on a handful of the most guilty. But that group would be more likely to stick together and not crack knowing that if they all reenforce each others testimony, then creating doubt in a jury is high.

Now with all these lesser people turning and offering up a growing map of over lapping facts and centering out the most guilty, i think the pressure on someone like Mark Meadows to separate himself from Trump and Giuliani, who i think are both 'ride or die', is immense. I think Meadows is the first of the KEY names to fall. Although it could be Rudy due to being so broke as that can create desperation.

Yup.

I think that is Trumps only chance in this case and Mar a lago.

I do not think he can win either case based on merits or arguments but a single TrumpDerp on either jury can hang it and TrumpDerps have already made it in to some Grand Juries as reported by other Grand Jurors.

I think the odds are 'super high' in Florida and 'decent' in Georgia. I think you will start to see Trump, in his own way call for 'Patriots to do everything they can to get on the juries', with posts educating them on things not to say to excluded creating another Trump scandal that the system will not know how to handle.

Some states don't even have a vois dire process.
New Hampshire doesn't, for one.
I think it would be hard to know who's going to be there in the jury pool,
but without a vois dire process, you must rely on other things in jury selection.
