Yep Democrats are in large part responsible for this mess. McCarthy negotiated with them and they stabbed him in the back. Assholes.
 
jordan is destructive to democracy. He refuses to admit Trump lost He claims the election was stolen. He backed the insurrectionists. Re refused to honor the subpoenas that the 1-6 Committee gave him. He is not respectful of the law and wants to destroy the system. He is also a shameless showboater. Like Trump, he tries to make things about him. He has never passed a bill in 16 years. He deserves no respect and certainly should not be the speaker.

Nah. Republicans ARE the mess.

Any objective voter sees that. Gaetz was a fool, typically trying to get headlines instead of actually governing. Now, during a time of international crisis, there is no Speaker one of our main legislative bodies..

The GOP is pathetic. None of this falls at the feet of the Dems. Republicans made their own bed.

If 5 or 6 Democrats had voted for McCarthy instead of stabbing him in the back for working with them he would still be Speaker. But that is too much to ask from Democrats.

I said "in large part." Not ALL of the blame. (Reading is essential) Gaetz isn't popular with me either. BidenDementiapResident put the whole blame on the Republicans when 96% of them voted for McCarthy and 100% of the Democrats voted against him.
