Fetterman: America ‘not sending their best and brightest’ to Congress

Yep, the poster boy for "not their best and brightest..." actually admits what's obvious to everyone. Of course, Fetterman was talking more about his fellow Republicans than anyone else, so the irony of his statement was lost on him. But it's still funny to read Uncle Fester having a moment of semi-clarity...

The actual exchange centered upon Colbert asking him if he felt uncomfortable socializing in common areas after he criticized another legislator, and to that he replied, no, that the people America sends to Washington are often the best and the brightest, where upon he cited several inane examples

And Fetterman, with his blue collar approach and look, will be in the Senate as long he wants

Like 18 wheeler trucker and coal miner, Scranton Joe ... Fetterman is a blue collar fraud. He grew up wealthy and went to Harvard for a public policy degree.

Fetterman is far better than the TrumpDerp option that was presented on the other side.

But the way to judge a party is by whom they put in to key positions of power, and not just who can make it on to the back bench.

Lest we forget...

^^^ that absolutely brain addled idiot is an exemplar of the future LEADERSHIP of the party as she represents the waves of incoming Trump supported Derps taking over the party.

He may not be anymore blue collar than Trump is a Bible believing evangelist, but both pull the respective image off

DJT is no evangelist. I've never seen anyone claim that.

Fetterman and that old white segregationist Plugs may fool you, but not the rest of us.

The thing is fester there has an excuse. What excuse does the rest of the DF party have?

You left off that Joe grew up a poor Black kid in a Polish neighborhood where they spoke Spanish and went to a Jewish synagogue school where Buddhist monks taught him kung fu he used on Pop Corn...
