Right. So in both instances you are saying the judges are lying in their rulings and yet neither Jones lawyer, nor Rudy's appeal based on submitting for Appeal 'The Judge lied and need to be sanctioned and this ruling reversed'????

Just like in the Alex Jones case, Rudy hasn't lost the right to a trial. A jury will decide damages.

The judge hasn't taken away Rudy's right to a jury trial in damages. She did state that if Rudy doesn't turn over documents, she will tell the jury that the failure to turn over documents should be considered an attempt to hide assets.

Juries are deciders of fact according to the 7th amendment. If one party in a civil lawsuit prevents the jury from deciding a fact than that is the fault of that party, not the judge.

Giuliani decided that the jury doesn't get to decide his guilt when Giuliani filed a motion stipulating that he defamed the two women. That means the jury doesn't have to decide whether he defamed them or not.
