Aspirational speech!

I'm not going to hunt it down. Link.

Therein is the fallacy of Jack Smith's argument. WHAT CRIMES? He didn't charge any crimes. He charged conspiracy. There cannot be conspiracy without a crime.

Are you foolishly saying that saying the election was stolen is a crime? That's moronic. Hillary said her election was stolen. Is she a criminal?

Not only did Jack Smith indict Trump based on crimes. The crimes Trump has been indicted for have resulted in convictions for multiple people in the last few years.

How can that be as Truth Detector says there are no cited crimes and statutes in that indictment?

Are you suggesting Truth Detector, lied?

If he said that, he lied. Three crimes are specifically cited in the D.C. indictment.

You should stop parroting CNN and MSNBC and attempt to extract your empty head from your ass. I know what the indictment reads dumbass, I am asking you, WHAT CRIME?
So you are just admitting you are stupid then, ok.

If you read the indictment why did you say something as stupid as this...

...

Therein is the fallacy of Jack Smith's argument. WHAT CRIMES? He didn't charge any crimes. ...?

These are three crimes and they were all charged idiot.

- 18 USC 371
- 18 USC 1512(k)
- 18 USC 241

You cannot read the above and then say 'he didn't charge any crimes'.

Not if you have a brain.

Wrong; they were conspiracies. Yet, no real crime was committed. See my response above if you want to attempt to debate it with me.

OMG you have to be one of the most stupid posters here, which is saying something.

Conspiracy itself is not a crime. You and other can conspire to have a secret birthday party for a friend and if Jack Smith charged you for it, he would be charging a conspiracy with no crime within it.

Conspiracies can also involve crimes. Such as you and friends planning to rob a bank, going and getting the stuff you list to rob the bank and getting caught at that point, before you rob the bank but still guilty of CRIMES within the conspiracy.

You are so stupid you think Point 1 above applies to all conspiracy WHEN IT DOES NOT.

If you do criminal acts within your conspiracy to further it, those are indictable crimes. You do not get to say they are not crimes and that no one can charge those guys who were cuaght before they did the bank job.

If you do say that you are stupid, as many, many people have gone to jail based on those crimes charged.

Those aren't crimes halfwit? What crime is behind the "CONSPIRACIES". I didn't expect you to think for yourself. Apparently parroting the dumb narratives MSNBC feeds you are all you are capable of.

BUT...BUT.... I don't think anyone should be convicted for planning to rob a bank or do terrorism or other crimes, if they are just caught breaking many laws in planning the conspiracy. T hat is my view as Truth Detector, and i don't care if people have always been convicted for doing it. I am still going to say it cannot happen and no law was broken. I don't care about facts. I am a derp.

Irony and projection.

Correct. So what crime is behind the TRUMP conspiracies halfwit?

Conspiracies can also involve crimes. Such as you and friends planning to rob a bank, going and getting the stuff you list to rob the bank and getting caught at that point, before you rob the bank but still guilty of CRIMES within the conspiracy.

You cannot indict and try someone without a crime dimwit. So what crime is behind the "conspiracies"?

I am trying to lead a jackass to water here.

You are so stupid you think Point 1 above applies to all conspiracy WHEN IT DOES NOT.

Another piece of meaningless word salad I doubt the author of it knows what it means.

If you do criminal acts within your conspiracy to further it, those are indictable crimes. You do not get to say they are not crimes and that no one can charge those guys who were cuaght before they did the bank job.

Then what CRIMES did Trump commit that are behind the CONSPIRACIES dipshit?

If you do say that you are stupid, as many, many people have gone to jail based on those crimes charged.

I am asking, WHAT CRIMES were committed by Trump. A speech that says "go peaceful?" A challenge to a very suspicious election with unusual results and where Jurists overturned legislatures from the bench? Saying an election was "stolen?"

All of these are moronic claims you can't support which explains your desperation, stupidity and flailing on the subject.

See those criminal statutes listed in the criminal code, he is charged with. Those are not crimes. They are just stories.

FLOL.

Moronic analogy to match your moronic claims and arguments. :palm:

What "bank" did Trump plan to rob? How does conspire to defraud the United States without a crime?

Another weak and lame attempt to deflect. I accept your capitulation on the topic knowing that the indictment is fraudulent and will fail miserably in the long run.

How can that be as Truth Detector says there are no cited crimes and statutes in that indictment?

Are you suggesting Truth Detector, lied?

Conspiracy requires a crime, does it not?
