I read the charges against him.
Obviously you didn't if you think he was charged with 31 counts of obstruction and conspiracy in Washington.

31 counts in the Washington case?
ROFLMAO. Proving once again you haven't read the indictments.
He is charged with 4 counts in Washington DC.
You continue to prove you are stupid beyond belief and can't even count to 4.

The polls say otherwise.
He is in a dead heat with Biden currently.
So are you suddenly for Prosecution reform?
Becoming more Progressive are you?
As Bill Barr said 'almost every Fraud charge or Conspiracy charge ever filed relies on speech as the basis for the charge. But the crime is not the speech. It is just that speech, that would not be indicted is used to foment actions that are indictable'.,
(*my paraphrase)
So no. You are now in Tinker like stupidity, or worse as a claimed lawyer, to NOT understand, that Trump is NOT being charged with lying.
In an attempt to lie even more I will repeat myself
Polls a year and a half before the election are meaningless. Anyone following politics knows that.
The polls say otherwise.
He is in a dead heat with Biden currently.
are you kidding?.....Progressives are for no bail, no prosecution, no police.......
No they aren't because they show a trend.
We can see how people are leaning at this point.
You aren't polling on what actual results will be but how people are feeling at the moment.
Combine enough polls and you get a better idea of the direction people may go.
It's like polling people to see if they think AI will be a problem in the future, you get an idea of the overall opinion.
You don't have to wait for the AI to be developed to poll them.
I never claimed that.
I said those are the categories the charges fall under.
It sure looks like that is exactly what you claimed. I challenge anyone to read that and not see you claiming 31 counts were charged in Washington.Exactly my point yet those are the types of things he's being charged with isn't it?
Do you get the point yet?
The 31 counts in the Washington case fall under two categories, conspiracy and obstruction.
That's it, those should be the only two charges against him in that case.
They both cover everything that happened yet Smith has broken them down further into 29 more separate charges all of which would be covered under the first two charges.
This is a main reason why Smith's case is so weak.
There are so many cases now it's easy to get them mixed up.
Trump only has 3 criminal cases. If you can't keep 3 things straight you should probably be getting your cognitive abilities tested.
Trump cannot win the GOP nomination in 2016 or so say the polls in the year lead up to it.
Trump cannot beat Hilary or any Dem in 2016, or so say the polls in the year lead up before the 2016 Ge.
Do you hold to your point those polls matter because they show a trend?
Or do you think those polls were pretty worthless a year out before people actually had to make a choice?
Some polls were dead on predicting Trump would win the nomination.
538 only gave him a 2% chance and publicly admitted they screwed up.
Pollsters make mistakes based on their methodology.
They are.
He has 78 federal charges filed against him, that's insane.
If convicted on them all it's 641 years in prison and for doing what?
This whole thing is a plot by the left to take out a political rival who they know is going to win the election
So again do you now support more Prosecution reform?
Are you moving more towards the progressive side? Seems like you are arguing for more restrictions on prosecutions and limiting prosecutors powers more.
Three cases but 78 charges with a penalty of 641 years if convicted on them all.
You don't find that a bit extreme?
Serial killers don't get that much time.
So again do you now support more Prosecution reform?
