Another laughably stupid uneducated claim. There is no crime about conspiring to win an election and challenging results. It is done all of the time. If that is crime, we will be locking up a LOT of Democrats for their conspiratorial actions against Trump and his Presidency.
Let's attack this from another perspective. Do you believe that the legal advice Trump was getting about what his options were is a conspiracy? If so, how?

All of the Trump investigations are just coming to their conclusions and it looks like ALL OF THEM will result in criminal charges and convictions. The DoJ is prohibited from charging him while POTUS, so this would be the time that you see it happen.

Mueller 2+ yrs for a boat load of convictions.
Smith 6 months to the first indictment and less than a year for this one.
Even Fani and Bragg are quick when compared to 5 yrs+ for Durham to find a nothingburger for the "Crime of the Century" and 5yrs+ for Weiss also to find a nothingburger on Joe Biden.
the one thing none of us can complain about is Trump and those around him being treated comparatively unfair when clearly they get the benefit of much speedier investigations.

Not only that, the only results found in audits were consistently to adjust Biden's numbers up and not Trumps. So simply saying there was fraud or wrong doing in an election is not enough when if anything the small amounts done were BENEFITTING Trump and harming Biden.

Why don't you show us the decision by any court claiming the action was unconstitutional.
No election has ever (?) been found unconstitutional. The last election to be thrown out because of corruption was the 2018 U. S. House race in NC that results in convictions for Republican political operatives and the overturning of the election by the state. It overturned the election and resulted in criminal convictions; but, no "unconstitutional" claims.
