There is only one hope for the House now, and that is the Democrats need to take the house back in 2024!

Jeffries will take the entire Freedom Caucus and put them out to pasture when that happens, stripping them of their posts and committee assignments. They will be totally out of the way, and could be even sequestered for their bad behaviors.

He never told them to riot or storm the capital, he told them to protest peacefully.

He is being charged with inciting a riot but that will be impossible for the prosecution to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

There is no meat to these charges.

Telling people to fight like hell does not mean trying to take over the government.

Read the indictment dumbfuck, he isn't being charged for inciting a riot.

Count 1: 18 U.S.C. § 371 Conspiracy to Defraud the United States
Count 2: 18 U.S.C. § 1512(k)Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding
Count 3: 18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(2), Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding
Count 4: 18 U.S.C. § 241 Conspiracy Against Rights

All easily proven with 6 co-conspirators, none indicted because they are all going to be witness's for the prosecution. I suspect they have all been told you just tell the truth when I put you on the stand and you won't be prosecuted.
