Did you notice that the ATF, DOJ, et al., never charged Bagman with a gun crime, but that he pled out to one anyway?

You also were easily duped by the Kraken conspiracy theory, so I don't place any confidence in your predictions of imminent indictments of criminality in the Biden White House.

Right.

Throw Hunter in jail, I don't care. He's not a Biden administration official and he doesn't reflect on the Democratic party because he is not an elected representative or a party official.

There is a cottage industry of Rightwingers making money off of selling conspiracy theories to barely educated Republican dupes.

There were always conspiracy theorists, but I agree, after the Cold War ended, they often found a home in the Republican Party. Sad.

Same goes for militant white nationalism. Timothy McVeigh was considered a terrorist. Now he's a hero of the Alt-Right, a subset of Republicans and a major component of Trumpers.

Given the details, the defense lawyers and prosecutors were in collusion to let the defendant off with nothing and tossed in a carefully hidden clause to end all further investigations into the defendant's crimes.

He is technically not pleading guilty to the crime since it is a diversion agreement. He was charged with possession of a firearm by a person who is a known drug user.
