Parents charged after 5-year-old son, who had cocaine in his system, shoots and kills 16-month-old brother, who had marijuana in his system: Police

I am sure these 2 POS were on food stamps etc

This is why drug tests for food stamps etc should be done...these 2 would have failed and triggered an investigation and maybe this 16 mth old would be alive today

Nope

The parents were not in right frame of mind because of the drugs. Increasing the chance of something bad to happen...drugs do nothing but make everything 100x worse

Also i bet one or both were felons and not NRA members



Again if drug tests for food stamps etc were done...these 2 would have failed and triggered an investigation and maybe this 16 mth old would be alive today.....because they would have got a search warrant ...found the drugs and the gun

People are denied jobs and fired if they fail a drug test

The childs access to the gun was because of the drug addicted parents ...which could have been caught with drug testing last month

I'm for making all drugs legal.

When mentally deficient people kill on another at any age,
it's a benefit to the genetic composition of the species.

As for those particular parents not having been breeding material,
that's pretty fucking obvious.

Still, I don't see where imprisoning them for fifty years would accomplish anything.

Sane people recognize deterrents, but they're not the ones committing the crimes.
Deterrents are therefore useless.

Better to gently and humanely euthanize the sick people. Then they don't suffer for being sick,
and you don't have to feed them.
