DOJ has been weaponized. Trump just said he expects to be indicted over J6 even though he had nothing to do with it. But the DOJ refuses to prosecute the DC cops who killed ashli and roseanne at J6.

The GOP doesn't want to discuss anything important, they certainly can't point to any substantive legislation they have passed, that is why they are constantly focused on NOTHING BURGERS like Biden playing with a toddler or the white house cocaine.

I would need a more relevant example as to its existence.

I don't see how blaming a president for the possibly unsavory character and antics of his grown-ass son
is even bringing up that subject.

Both Biden and Pence have been cleared of any wrong doing!

For the main reason, they volunteered handing over the documents with out having been asked to do so.

And 2ndly, they were determined to all be no longer Classified Documents, but rather Declassified and information already out in the public domain!

It has bothered me.

Trump getting preferential treatment for so long when anyone else would have been instantly indicted and charged needed to be corrected and finally it is.

There is hope the justice system has corrected itself now.

Which law are you referring to?
Claiming the law made it illegal would require you to cite the law and then show how his actions violated that law.

Most of the laws concerning classified documents require willful intent. That means you have to show that the person knew they had the documents and refused to return them. Which specific law do you think Biden violated by having documents he said he didn't know he had?

I believe the Biden investigation hasn't been closed yet. I could be wrong but I haven't seen anything saying the special counsel has wrapped up.

You are correct. However Biden, like Pence did everything NARA asked and cooperated fully. They had misplaced documents. They were happy to correct that mistake. NARA wanted the people's documents back. Trump deliberately stole a truckload of classified documents. Refused to return them and lied to the FBI and NARA about them.

Biden and Pence were qualified to have classified documents. They just misplaced them. When told, they did all they could to get them back to the archives, That is not what Trump did. Trump did not accidentally find classified documents. He deliberately stole a truckload of them. He lied about them. He hid them from the FBI. And he showed them to people without clearances.
Your whataboutism does not work here. Trump is a thief. He stole documents that belong to the people.
