I have already stated several. So have others. Stop asking this question it has already been answered.

He IS entitled to those documents.
He doesn't have to 'declassify' any of them.
They were NEVER validly subpoenaed.
He does not have to return them.
He didn't hide them.
He didn't show them to a journalist.

No crime.
