Just like the "misdemeanor" tax crimes; Manafort was thrown in jail immediatelyt...nothing for Biden, of course.

In the 298 cases where evidence of a crime was found, how many were kicked down to a misdemeanor and covered up with unrelated tax charges with the promise to expunge the charge once probation was complete?
